Do you speak native Bulgarian and also good English with already work experiences in back-office or administration with an university degree ? For an international company (from Holland) we are looking for someone who can take control working alone, but will have share a buiding with some of the clients and other companies in the same, but will have your own room.
The main task is to check invoices send these and deliver documents to the accountancy company. You will also have contact with clients through email or answer phone calls incidental. Most of the clients are located in France ( 60% ), Germany, The Netherlands or any other European country.
To fulfill this job you must have finished an university study and need to have a Bachelor degree and interest in transport or logistics. You are able to work on your own, secure working and must manage your tasks and open character, that can communicate effectively. Start at least half May/ begin of June but also earlier from begin of May, then you can help the owner to settle the new office.
