In this role you are responsible to handle customer feedback that you will receive by mail and your main task is to solve all requests in an effective way and in time. You also verify the request details with the customer and be sure that the complaints are solved. Sometimes you need to coordinate this with colleagues and/or other departments. Your department controls the proceedings untill the resolution. Together with your colleagues you are the owners of the complaint and will be contact person for the customers. To fulfill your job in a great way you need also to be in touch with other local organisations and channels of one of the biggest hardware solutions provider of the world. Another important task is to provide also administrative support at the department and take care of the reporting and will make data quality data checks.
Are you a great problem solver with the right intention to recognise possible problems and be ready to have a solutions ? Do you have empathy to understand customer experiences and do you have passion to let them feel better ?
Good in English and Fluency in German
At least one year experiences in customer support
You are able to work under pressure
Willingness to learn and work proactively
Great organisation and planning skills
User of MS Office products
Experience in MS Office Products
