The job

Construct and manage the local support team.
Recruit relevant candidates with different languages.
Working with a call center abroad.
Both mange and work hands-on.
Prepare reports to management

We ask

At least 2 years of experience in managing a customer support team in a call center in the E-gaming industry – must.
Excellent skills of planning, managing, organizing and communication.
Proven ability in reaching targets.
Initiative and high level of responsibility.
Willing to travel.
English – fluent, other languages – an advantage.
Result-oriented professional.
Excellent time management.
Enthusiastic and hardworking.
