The job

Responsibilities:

• To respond to customers via phone/mail/web;
• To document cases, provide information & troubleshoot to solve customer problem according company KPIs for the business;
• To manage customer expectations by taking into consideration the entitlement and identifies customer problems;
• To keep customers informed, sets and follows commitments, keeps precise case documentation and case ownership;
• To manage multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision;
• To keep documentation as per requirements;
• To meet the deadlines and keeping the service level agreements;
• To be compliant with all internal rules, policies and procedures, and ensure performance as per all work instructions.

We ask

• Fluent in German;
• Good English language skills;
• Degree in technically orientated subject;
• Experience on a similar position will be an advantage;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to properly maintain technical documentation;
• Ability to work with business processes;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• IT knowledge is an advantage.
