Our client, a Dutch company, offers service of engineering for projects in heating, electrical and irrigation for a turnkey greenhouse projects. They focus on providing their customers with the best solution in designing and engineering for foil greenhouses, venlo greenhouses, tropical greenhouses and more. With over 10 years of experience, the company is growing steadily, releasing projects around the globe. Following their expansion needs, the company is opening a new office in Varna, Bulgaria.

The job

Currently we are looking to hire an Office Manager for the newly opened office in Varna:

  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the office, making sure that everything runs smoothly in the office
    Ensure that the employees follow the company guidelines/policies in terms of office and HR management
    Onboarding and offboarding of employees
    Managing relationships with suppliers and services
    Responsible for expense management and petty cash, ensuring required documentation and uploads are done in a timely manner
    Welcoming visitors, support employees with travel booking & organizing business meetings
    Support the top management’s relocation and their smooth transition to the new location
  • Basic accounting duties / invoice processing/
  • Handling reception – visitors or inquiries 

We ask

  • Fluent in English, Russian is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and time management
  • Responsible, reliable and able to work independantly
  • Service-minded approach with a passion for helping your colleagues
  • Flexible to handle different back office matters / office management, HR, accounting, logistics activities, personal assistance, etc./
