Our client is currently looking for professionals to provide technical support to one of our strategic partners out of our service center in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you have the motivation, the relevant experience and the desire to learn and develop we encourage you to read all the details below and apply for the open position.

The job

Starting Date – Asap (following training schedule)

Working hours – 8 am – 5 pm/10am-7pm (Monday – Sunday)


● Responsible for delivering support that results in a positive customer experience

● Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately

● Work as part of the Spotify team

● Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required

We ask


● Experience of working in a customer-centric environment is preferred

● A background in working in an environment that offers customer service.

● Fluency in English and German language – B2H/C1 for both languages

● Knowledge of working in a subscription / technical industry a plus.
