Our client is currently looking for professionals to provide technical support to one of our strategic partners out of our service center in Sofia, Bulgaria. Starting Date – Asap (following training schedule)
Working hours – 8 am – 5 pm/10am-7pm (Monday – Sunday)
● Responsible for delivering support that results in a positive customer experience
● Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately
● Work as part of the Spotify team
● Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required
● Experience of working in a customer-centric environment is preferred
● A background in working in an environment that offers customer service.
● Fluency in English and German language – B2H/C1 for both languages
● Knowledge of working in a subscription / technical industry a plus.
